Keystroke Pro’s leading edge Credit Control Services work as an extension to your in-house service. The service is suitable for any company and particularly useful for clients where the receivables are in a less than ideal state. This can come about through seasonal peaks in business or periods of absence causing receivables to slip.

At the heart of our service is the protection of the client brand and customer relationships. We call in your name so that your customers have no knowledge you have outsourced this function. As such we understand the importance of a professional, courteous and firm service to your valuable customers. We respect your customers as if they were our own.

Our service is completely flexible. It can be a temporary service providing cover for absence or maternity cover. The relationship with Keystroke Pro often starts as a partial outsourcing service supporting the internal credit control department. It is not uncommon for us to be called in when there is a backlog and the relationship takes off from there.

Most clients do not wish to highlight that credit control has been outsourced so we use dedicated telephone lines and will make and answer calls in the client’s name.  We are also usually given a dedicated email account in the normal style of the client.

Every customer is different with different needs.  In close conjunction with our clients we will draw up a detailed job specification and follow it to the letter.  In most instances access to your accounting systems is organised for us through a secure VPN connection such that we will only see your accounts receivable portion of your system.
