We produce all types of documents in this field ranging from short notes to reports and projects running into hundreds of pages.
Adjusters and Insurers traditionally produce lengthy documents that can readily occupy support staff for several hours or days at a time. This causes issues with having to employ extra support staff to cover for the peaks, bringing in temporary staff, overloading existing staff with overtime or delaying project completions.
With much of the recordings being produced on-site, digital dictation has not only lead to recordings that are more audible, but also allows the recordings to be transferred to the typists quicker through the deployment of modern technology.
We take confidentiality and security very seriously and are one of the few transcription companies to be certified by the British Standards Institution (BSI).
Case Study
A Chartered Loss Adjusters and Claims Management company employing over 150 staff in 14 nationally based offices were having problems in getting their typing done efficiently.
The company was struggling to cope with their daily typing requirements and a back log of work had built up. Within a matter of days Keystroke Pro had relevant templates and instructions for returning the typed documents and the back log of dictation was cleared.
The company was able to shave a substantial amount off their typing costs. The FTP based interface for transferring voice files and word documents allows many of their more remote Adjusters and Surveyors to work from home, rather than have the cost of satellite offices and extra support staff.
Their Operations Manager said "Keystroke Pro have revolutionised the way in which we work. Their services are tailored to our requirements, they offer excellent support and advice and we cannot imagine operating without the services provided by Keystroke Pro".
