Medico Legal Transcription

Keystroke Pro offers full transcription services to those involved in writing Medico Legal and Independent Medical Exam reports. These reports can be lengthy and therefore costly to have typed in house.

Our tried and tested service has been specifically developed for use by consultants and doctors involved in writing lengthy reports. Digital Voice files are transmitted to us via protected email or through Keystroke Pro's web site where upon your assigned highly trained medical transcriber will type and quality check the documents. A team of dedicated Quality checkers will then complete a second check before returning a perfect document to you ready for filing or printing on your letterhead.

Keystroke Pro are certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2005 Information Security Systems and we meet the US Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements and guarantee The Association for Healthcare Documentation Integrity (AHDI) defined 98% accuracy. All work is returned on a next day basis.

We take confidentiality and security very seriously and are one of the few transcription companies to be certified by the British Standards Institution (BSI).

Case Study

Keystroke Pro were approached by a busy and overworked company specialising in Independent Medical Exam report typing. It was agreed that a two week free trial of the Keystroke Pro service would run before a more formal arrangement was made.
