10. Obtaining and checking references & qualifications
11. Initial sifting of applicants CV short listing
12. Arranging telephone, 1:1, and Skype interviews
13. Arrange pre-interview briefings
14. Power Points / Spread sheet creation & updating
15. CV/ Resume formatting & Candidate profiles
16. Decline unsuccessful candidates

Initial telephone contact with applicants (there is an extra cost for telephone work)

In short we offer a comprehensive recruitment back office service.

On top of these specific recruitment services we also offer a full bookkeeping and accounting service including debt collection.
 
We realise that outsourcing roles comes with scepticism and hence we offer truly flexible arrangements.  We offer the following options:
 
1.       2 hours per day
2.       4 hours per day
3.       Full time (8 hours per day)
